I’m a Graphic Designer living and working in beautiful Portland, Oregon. I’ve had the distinct pleasure of developing brands for local and international companies, utilizing a deep toolbox of traditional and digital art skills. I’ve worked in-house to bring a consumer product to market and I’ve learned the ins and outs of the agency world as well.

In fifteen years working with clients including Scholastic, Acumed, Yéyo Tequila, and Boyds Coffee, I’ve proven myself an adept creative problem-solver. I’ve honed my visual style presenting each brand thoughtfully through essential compositions, exquisite typography, and coherent design systems.

Impact

Willamette Valley Bank was entering a new era under visionary new leadership but its brand was still living in the early 2000’s. I was given the sole purpose of bolstering the visual brand and crafting bespoke assets to align the brand aesthetic with the rapidly growing business. Working closely with the bank’s leadership I helped to target and realize their goals, earning the title of #1 community bank in the nation and holding that honor 4 years running.

A staple of the Portland community for over 70 years, Azumano Travel was recently purchased by CI Travel. With the guidance of their veteran agents, I crafted an identity system that represented their unique legacy and gave equal representation to their distinct Vacation, Business, and Government travel divisions.

Christmas for Kids—a charity event helping over 500 underprivileged children a year—received a pro bono identity refresh and website re-imagining. This improved visibility and streamlined online registration process led to records for volunteer participation, money donated, and kids served in their 30+ years of operation.
